WHAT: The Salt Lake Film Society is holding a special screening of “The
Devil Came on Horseback,” a documentary exposing the tragedy in Darfur,
as seen through the eyes of a former U.S. Marine Captain, Briahn
Steidle. The documentary takes the viewer on an emotionally charged
journey into the Heart of Darfur, Sudan, where an Arab-run government is
systematically executing a plan to ride the province of its black
African citizens.

A panel discussion will be held immediately following the screening.
Panelists include France Barral from Amnesty International, Viv Wren, a
professor of economics at Weber State University, Ashley Pedersen from
Westminster College and Chuck Bruder, chair of Salt Lake Saves Darfur, Inc.
