The cost of this life-saving program for CHILDREN is so miniscule compared to another U.S. program which is our pre-emptive war designed to destroy lives in Iraq. To me, this is the basic difference between Democrats and Republicans. But, of course, when the election gets into full swing, it will be all about gay marriage and abortion, and all those good conservative voters will get right in line -- again!
