Bryan Schott and I are having a little disagreement about movies right now. I think that Charlie Wilson’s War is going to be an amazing movie, and he’s all about the dewy for Robert Downey, Jr. We both agree that I Am Legend is going to kick ass.
My first post: HERE
Bryan’s retort: HERE
And here are the questions that Bryan asked me:
—–
1. Does Charlie Wilson don a suit of armor at any time in the film?
Charlie Wilson doesn’t don armor, Charlie Wilson IS armor
2. Are there zombies?
Charlie Wilson can skeletize a zombie in two minutes.
3. Are there vampires?
There are vampires, but they flee in terror from Charlie Wilson
4. Are there vampire zombies?
There is no such thing as a vampire zombie. Charlie Wilson destroyed them with his mind.
5. Are there vampire zombies who don a suit of armor?
See answer #4
6. Can Charlie Wilson fly?
Charlie Wilson doesn’t need to fly. He just hops in the air, and the world spins to put him where he needs to go.
7. Is the movie set in a post-apocalyptic future wasteland? (Actually the film takes place, partly, in Afghanistan, so you might be able to answer this question positively)
Yes. Takes place in DC, as well, so, same answer twice.
8. Does Charlie Wilson use repulsor technology in his war?
Charlie Wilson doesn’t need repulsor technology. The fire of Charlie Wilson’s righteous indignation is already overkill.
9. Can Charlie Wilson move faster than an F-22?
Charlie Wilson secretly invented, designed, funded and test flew the F-22.
10. Does Charlie Wilson have a friend who will, sometime in a sequel, don a similar suit of armor to his own and become a heavily armored warrior known as “War Machine”?
Yes. It was Tip O’Neil.

Follow-up comment rss or Leave a TrackbackAre you talking about Charlie Wilson or Chuck Norris?
“Chuck Norris’ War” is a movie I would VERY MUCH like to see.
Charlie Wilson also secretly designed and funded a military AI/Robot project that, after Charlie Wilson set it free, became known as “Chuck Norris.”
And, C’mon, Tip O’Neil as “War Machine?” That’s comedy gold, there.
Thanks for the heads up on “I Am Legend.” Looks like The Omega Man (1971), except Will Smith is cooler than Charlton Heston. That movie had the exact same tagline: “The Last Man on Earth is Not Alone.”
they’re both based on the same book, but, I think that Legend is going to be the better of the … I think 3 or 4 movies that have been made from that book.
Who’s playing Osama Bin Laden in the Charlie Wilson movie?
Tom DeLay, I think
