Secondly, yes, I am mad as hell at the Democratic Leadership in Congress. Sad, pathetic bunch of chickenshit candy-asses.

Earmarks aren’t bad, in and of themselves. The thing I have a problem with is accountability for them. I don’t think they should be able to be put in without someone to blame. Keep the irresponsible earmarks down, and make congressmen put their names behind every single earmark.
