(Unfortunately whoever runs le.utah.gov has hard-coded 2005 into the URL, but I assure you he is the current Representative of District 33 -- take note of the "2007-2008 Legislative Assignments" listed on that page)

Also, the resolution doesn't call for a new state, it just gives consent for it to be created within our current state borders as required by the U.S. Constitution should such a new state ever be called for.</description>
