Well, the whole Spitzer thing was dumb. I don’t care if he’s a Democrat or not, considering who he was and who he was supposed to be, this kind of behavior really is just plain scuzzy. Actions and words, my friends and, in this, Spitzer was acting like Republican … well, not really I guess…
… The only saving grace I think that Democrats have in this is that it didn’t happen with an underage boy or a cop in a public mens room, you know, like if this had happened to a Republican. In fact, aside from the whole “prostitution is illegal” and “marriage” aspects of it, it’s pretty vanilla compared t, say … GOP Pederast Rep. Foley and GOP Senator Wide Stance Craig.
Still it’s bad … no excuse at all.
