Jesus fed the crowd with 5 loaves of bread and 3 fish. He reiterated to the Jewish people, many times, that they should be more active in taking care of the widows and orphans in their midst.
This looks to me like a banner for a Christian music group, or the theme for a Vacation Bible School or Christian Missionary program.
Then again, I could be totally wrong and this is an advertisement from a Latino Market to sell their latest shipment of fresh fish.
