Missing Friends

Breakfast this morning was … rather uneventful. It was very nice to see some familiar faces, friendly faces, and, my favorite, the surprised faces of those who hate me. Good times!
The welcome breakfast was quiet, delightful and informative, you know, if you were one of hose delegate types.
I did catch sight of Matt Canham (SL Tribune) dressed like one of last year’s CQ models and Rich Piatt (KSL-TV) dressed like one of this years GQ models. They were standing around, basking in their fame and notoriety and, I imagine, wondering who they’d angered to have to get up in the middle of the night and have breakfast with a stack of mostly willing Obamaniacs.
To those who weren’t with us, we missed you.
