Hidden deep within the bowels of the Pepsi Center is a giant room full of independant media members, stacked at long tables and surrounded by an army of giant flat screen TV’s with high speed internet connections and free flowing, if state, air.

It’s a steel walled sweat box full of expensive computer gear. The total worth of gear in this room could have bought me a nice house in the Avenues (right next to Ralph Becker and his Senior Staff.)

Everyone in this room was wonderful and polite, friendly and happy, in spite of the fact that if you reached to perform an ALT - TAB, you most likely broke your neighbor’s nose.
