Joe Biden speaks in Pennsylvania, and it is good

Can one of my Republican readers please tell me why you think Sarah Palin is going to outshine Joe Biden in the debates? I just don’t get it. Her canned, pre-written speeches and platitudes are, granted, less stiff than McCain’s, but, so is concrete.
