JC Carter: LOL - Maybe Abrams’ movie will re-ignite Star Trek. I’d love a follow-up to Nemesis/DS-9/Voyager

JM Bell: maybe ds9 … but voyager? I wouldn’t mind seeing Jeri Ryan in the 7of9 get-up, but, the rest of it did little for me

JC Carter: I was thinking throw in Admiral Janeway and let us know what happened to the rest of her crew (without dwelling on it, of course), Captain Riker on his new ship, Picard on the Enterprise and Sisko and the gang from DS-9 and make it about the Prophets or a threat from the Gamma quadrant.

JM Bell: Or! the Ori! maybe the Goa’uld!

JC Carter: Yeah! That would be cool … Wait, that’s Stargate

JM Bell: throw in a little Farscape, and, by God, you’ve got a PICTURE!

JC Carter: Just basically a tie up of all the remaining threads from the Next-Gen time period. I’m all about Kirk, of course, but I did like a lot of what they did in the NextGen years. DS9 more than any of the others, but still - I did watch the Voyager finale, and wanted a minor follow-up. Of course I also pushed for Star Trek: Excalibur — GAY TREK!
