Obama speaks the truth

There is nothing, really, quite as embarrassing over the grand and mighty history of our country, as the “eek! I saw a mouse” like behavior in our nation’s capitol when the rain turns white and fluffy.

“We’re going to have to apply some flinty Chicago toughness to this town,” Obama said this morning. “I’m saying that when it comes to the weather, folks in Washington don’t seem to be able to handle things.”

Right on, President Obama. That is a change in attitude that I can believe in.

    A quarter of an inch of snow will cripple that town – despite the fact that snow storms come every year.

    I was hailed as some sort of hero for trekking though a whole inch of snow one day AND showing up to work on time.
