An Important PSA – brought to you by the Utah Republican Senate.

JM Bell | January 31, 2010

You know who you are, and, thanks to the “investigation” conducted by the Utah Senate, no one else does. So why don’t you guys just stuff $50.00 or so of that sweet, sticky lobbyist money into your wallets and have it ready to call a cab when you belly up to the bar and drink [...]

JM Bell | January 26, 2010

I love that this dude can make that make that kind of noise from a mandolin. Wow. “Music, even in situations of the greatest horror, should never be painful to the ear but should flatter and charm it, and thereby always remain music.” Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart ~ 27 January 1756 – 5 December 1791 Happiness [...]

The Salt Lake County GOP needs a new keynote speaker for their Lincoln Day Dinner.

JM Bell | January 26, 2010

I don’t know if you heard this or not, but the keynote speaker for the 2010 Salt Lake County GOP Lincoln Day Dinner is in jail facing federal charges. James O’Keefe, the flash-daddy pimp from such heavily edited videos as “I Dressed Like A Pimp to tackle ACORN” – and three others – including the son of an acting U.S. Attorney, are accused of trying to manipulate the phones in Democratic Sen. Mary Landrieu’s office in New Orleans.

JM Bell | January 25, 2010

Today we celebrate the birth of Robert Burns, the National Poet of Scotland, born on this day in 1759. To commemorate this day, Scots around the world put on our kilts, play our bagpipes, recite Burns’ “Address to a Haggis,” and eat one. Delicious, tasty haggis. I beir the bel! And, just in time for [...]
