    I know it’s not Senator Franken’s fault, but when polls show 75 percent of Americans want DADT repealed, why can’t a Democratic Congress and a Democratic President make it happen? Then they wonder why there’s an “enthusiasm gap.” The President is the Commander in Chief of the military. He has the authority to order a freeze on DADT discharges. He’s done nothing.
