From TPM -
And so the Alaska Senate race has truly come to an end: Ted Stevens has conceded the election, after Democratic challenger Mark Begich built up a small but nevertheless insurmountable lead in last night’s vote count.

More to come …

I liked him, I guess. I thought he was pretty smart, gave long ass boring informative answers to yes or no questions and left me with an overall feeling of “Meh.”
What about you, loyal Democrats? Do you remember feeling this excited in 2004?
And, you, my loyal republicans … Are you still in Romney shock from [...]

I’ve been on MSNBC most of the day, suppressing the giggles at their virtual sets, and I just saw the holograms over at CNN which was not near as cool as you’d think it should be.
I’m going to switch over to FOX and see if I can hang in long enough to catch an on-air [...]

From Indecision2008:
With Star Trek: The Original Series, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager and even that crappy Enterprise show on DVD, Trek fans don’t have much time to venture into, much less pay attention to, the outside world. With that in mind, here is a list of things [...]

“But, you know the thing that keeps me up is not actually winning or losing, it’s governing. When I think about things when the lights are out and I’m tossing and turning in bed, its how do we make sure we fulfill the commitments to the American people that we’ve made throughout this campaign?”
